I’m always posting videos of how to make a tasty meal but this time I wanted to share the perfect cocktail to wash it all down with.
Last year on our cruise to the Bahamas we had so many delicious cocktails but there’s one that stuck out in our minds. The drink was called Pierre Collins. It combined the refreshing and light taste of lime, the sweetness of the raspberry syrup, and the richness of cognac. I’m by no means an avid cognac drinker but this blend was good. When we arrived back in Chicago, we couldn’t get the taste of that drink out of our heads, so we figured out how to recreate it at home. Now the fact that we took a picture of the drink menu before leaving the cruise ship, so we knew what we needed to make it happen.
After several tries, we mastered the perfect ratio of each ingredient to bring us back to paradise. Hence the reason why we’ve renamed the drink, Paradise.
