Grilled Marinated Shrimp & Veggie Jazmine Rice
[DINNER] Grilled Marinated Shrimp & Veggie Jazmine Rice: Jumbo Shrimp/ Jasmine Rice/Rice Spice: Old Bay, Emeril Essence, Adobo/Canned Corn/Onions/Yellow, Orange & Red Pepper/ 1/3 cup Olive Oil/Spices- [DIRECTIONS] Onion Powder, Garlic, Old Bay, Emril’s Essence, Cayenne Pepper, Oregano, 1/4 cup Pizza Sauce: Dice Onions & Peppers in chunks. Peel & Devine Shrimp. In a plastic bag combine Olive oil shrimp, vegetables, and spices. Marinated for an hour. In the meantime, prepare rice. Before the rice completely cooks, add some canned corn (drained) green peppers and spices. Cook. Then thread veggies and shrimp with skewer. Place on grill. Cook for 2-3 until opaque. Devour!
