Let’s Boogie Bounce Our Way To A Better Body

Hey Guys!

Lately I have been on a mission to lose the extra pounds that I’ve gained. If you read my previous post, then you know I started working on achieving a fit bod with Barb doing spin classes. Additionally, she showed me how to  Workout Like An Olympian last week. Now I’m ready to boogie bounce my way to a better body with Dre’s D3. I love exploring workout routines that don’t feel like a workout!

Boogie Bounce is fab, fun, funky and fat burning new exercise routine on a mini trampoline and a safety bar!

Last night, I went to Dre’s Boogie Bounce class to see what it was all about. I went live on Facebook to document my experience (see above video). When I opened the door to her class, you can immediately tell the vibe was…jumping! The instructors are full of energy and everyone is having a good time. The high energy started rubbing off on me because the next thing I knew I was on a mini trampoline.
