The doors are now open to Club Eden! Club Eden is the fictional home to the hottest and most sensual male exotic dancers in the country and serves as the back drop where all the drama is happening on BET’s new show “All The Queens Men”. Based on the popular book Ladies Night, created by Christian Keyes, who also serves as a writer for the All The Queen’s Men.
The show is a one-hour drama centered around the life of “Marilyn ‘Madam’ DeVille,” played by Eva Marcille. Madam is a fierce businesswoman who is at the top of her game in the nightclub industry and surrounded by a band of trusted employees who are down to make sure that she is successful. But Madam, a self-proclaimed boss, soon discovers that more money and more power mean more problems. Will Madam retain reign as she navigates this dangerous and sexy society? Will the sensuous world of exotic dancing cost Madam her queendom and potentially her life?
As the executive producer and writer, Keyes plays an instrumental part in making this series to the screen. He began his career appearing on stage productions and also worked as model and fitness trainer. He has made his screen debut appearing in small role in 2006 comedy-drama film Diary of a Mad Black Woman starring Kimberly Elise. On television, he has had guest starring roles on Brothers & Sisters, Moonlight, Family Time, Beauty and the Beast, Instant Mom, Mistresses and Born Again Virgin. He’s gone on to lend his acting chops to so many different films and television series.
Now as he embarks on adding a new role to his resume, I caught up with him to chat about All The Queens Men and more.
