5 Min Healthy Spicy Shrimp Salad

I swear! I must have been a chef in my former life because I just whipped up this Healthy Spicy Shrimp Salad in 5 min. Since it’s extremely hot in Chicago, I opted to create something quick and delicious. Thankfully, I had all the ingredients on-hand.

After eating this salad it reminded me of Burger King’s shrimp salad they had on their menu years ago. However, this salad is much better. If you’re having a lazy day in the kitchen, make sure you add this recipe to your favorites.

5 Min Healthy Spicy Shrimp Salad

The great thing about this recipe is that it can be altered. Instead of using shrimp, try salmon or chicken. Also, top it with croutons, bacon bits or sunflower seeds to jazz it up. The options are endless!
