Holiday Sugar Cookie Martini

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Whole Milk (Almond Milk optional)
  • ¼ cup Baileys
  • 2 oz Vanilla Vodka
  • 2 oz Amaretto
  • Ice
  • ½ cup Vanilla frosting
  • ¼ cup Sprinkles
  • Sugar Cookie

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Roll sugar cookie dough out to ¼" thick. Use cookie cutter, cut out desried shapes then place cookies on prepared baking sheet.

  3. Bake unit just set and lightly golden around the edges, approx. 10-12 mins. Let cool,

  4. Use spatula to spread a thin layer of frosting onto rim of two martini glasses.

  5. Pour ¼ cup sprinkles onto a small plate then dip rims in sprinkles to coat.

  6. Frost cookies with frosting then decorate with the remaining sprinkles.

  7. In a cocktail shaker, combine milk, Baileys, vodka, and amaretto.

  8. Add ice and shake until cold. Pour into glasses and garnisj rim with cookie.
