On paper, I’m a media personality, pop culture commentator, educator, and strategist. I’ve hosted, reported, moderated, workshopped, partnered, and occasionally reminded rooms full of people that media literacy is a life skill.
I took “you can be anything you want to be” very literally. Journalism became my thing, and I didn’t just dip a toe in—I cannonballed. I wanted the stories, the scoop, the conversations people text their group chats about.
Over time, curiosity turned into commentary, interviews turned into platforms, and somehow I went from climbing ladders to realizing… I actually prefer building them.My career path hasn’t been straight, but it’s been scenic. Traditional media taught me discipline. Digital media taught me freedom.
And somewhere between red carpets, classrooms, brand meetings, and late-night notes app ideas, I realized I care just as much about how we build as what we build.
